He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences and a Master of Arts in Theology, demonstrating a unique combination of scientific knowledge and theological expertise. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Theology, reflecting his commitment to advanced scholarly research and continuous personal and professional growth.

Professionally, Richard serves as a Counselor at Favour Africa International Ministry, providing guidance, mentorship, and spiritual support to individuals and communities. In addition, he is the Presiding Bishop and General Overseer of Living Word of God Church, where he leads congregational activities, oversees church administration, and inspires spiritual development among members.
